Sealing/Unsealing Records

The Record Sealing feature allows authorized users to seal sensitive records such as an arrest, booking, case, evidence, etc. Individual arrest charges, case subjects, offenses, and documents may also be sealed.

To seal a record, click the Seal/Unseal  toolbar button. A message displays notifying you that the record has been sealed or unsealed.
